Renegade/Kibbi LLC was initiated by Chuck McKibbin in 1997 as a specialty vehicle manufacturer primarily serving the auto racing industry. Because of Chuck's vision and the entire company's relentless pursuit of unequalled quality, Renegade has established itself as the undisputed quality and volume leader in the specialty markets it has either created or chosen to compete in. By the summer of 2008, Renegade had produced over 2,175 custom-built specialty motorized vehicles and 1,625 custom trailers.

Renegade /Kibbi LLC is an original equipment manufacturer of specialty vehicles and trailers as well as an up-fitter for custom designed interiors on many other OEM vehicles. Heavy-duty Commercial chassis manufactured by Freightliner and Volvo Motor Co. are used as the primary platforms for the Renegade product line. Interiors are designed using AutoCad computer design software and are custom built in a variety of lengths and sizes. Each body and interior is custom-built with it's intended use in mind.

Talented employees, coupled with an extremely high retention rate, have been, and continue to be the cornerstone of Renegade Specialty Vehicles. Numerous technicians, cabinetmakers and key production management have been with the company since its inception. The engineering staff includes electrical, mechanical and design engineers that are strategically placed within the company based on their particular discipline.

Renegade has established a large customer base in the specialty vehicle industry including; custom motorhomes and motorhomes with sportdescks, mobile garage units, custom car transport trailers, mobile command communication vehicles and S.W.A.T. equipment vans. Other primary target markets include mobile technology and mobile health vehicles.

The business is located along the Indiana Toll Road in Bristol, Indiana in two (2) 110,000+ square foot manufacturing and assembly plants. Each facility is dedicated to a specific platform; one for trailer production and one for motorized production. These commitments to the future have allowed Renegade to maintain the shortest lead-times and highest level of service in the industry.
